Customized furniture is built to a customer’s own dimensions, wood choice, and design — not picked off a showroom floor in a fixed size. At Solid Wood, customization goes one step further: we build exclusively with real solid wood, not engineered boards like MDF, particle board, or Lasani that many “custom furniture” brands in Pakistan quietly substitute to cut costs.
This matters because Pakistan’s climate is hard on furniture, 40°C+ summers, humid monsoons, and dusty dry spells. Engineered wood swells, delaminates, and breaks down under these conditions. Solid wood, worked by hand and properly seasoned, doesn’t.

Woods We Work With
- Acacia: Our most-used timber — dense grain, strong, and ideal for dining tables, center tables, and console tables. Takes epoxy resin finishes beautifully for live-edge designs.
- Sheesham (Indian Rosewood): Naturally termite- and moisture-resistant, dark rich grain, excellent for furniture that needs to survive Pakistan’s humid cities long-term.
- Mango Wood: Lighter, budget-friendlier hardwood, commonly used for corner stands, plant stands, and smaller accent pieces.
- Live-Edge Slabs: Natural, uncut wood edges finished with clear coat or colored epoxy resin — every piece is one-of-a-kind since no two slabs are identical.
