  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we verify your address and contact information before dispatch.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order is successfully processed.

2. Delivery Areas

  • We offer delivery services nationwide across Pakistan.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your city or region.

3. Advance Payment (Prepaid Orders)

Advance Payment is required for all cities in Pakistan, including Multan, Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and more.
Payment must be completed before dispatch of your order.
Please ensure the payment is made through our available payment methods to confirm your order.
We accept bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or online payment for all prepaid orders.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Delivery charges depend on the order size, weight, and location.
  • Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before placing the order.

5. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery across major cities usually takes 3–7 business days.
  • COD orders may take an additional 1–2 business days for verification.
